This option is only available if you have selected ‘working day of my choice’ (not economy). Morning (am) is 9-1pm, afternoon (pm) is 12-5.30. There is a one-off payment per delivery (regardless of how many pallets or bags you order). Note: Whilst we do our best, we cannot absolutely guarantee delivery within the time-slot. Where a delivery does not arrive within the time-slot, we can refund the additional fee, but cannot be liable for any costs incurred by yourselves or for the inconvenience.
