Introducing Multi-Gym Valkyrie – a premium addition to our Norse Range. Named after the fierce and noble warrior maidens of Norse mythology, Valkyrie embodies strength, precision, and purpose. Just as the Valkyries chose the bravest warriors to ascend to Valhalla, this multi-gym is built for those who train with intention and intensity. Engineered for both home and commercial settings, Valkyrie combines elegant design with uncompromising power – delivering a full spectrum of strength training in one commanding station. DUAL STACK & CABLE CROSSOVERS: Multi-Gym Valkyrie features two 85kg stacks of steel weight plates (totalling 170kg), with 5kg increments for precise load adjustments. The stacks are operated by insulated steel cables that maintain consistent tension throughout each lift and descent. The two pulley systems can function together or independently, supporting both unilateral and compound exercises, including crossover exercises. Both pulleys are fully height adjustable. 2 x handle cable attachments come as standard with this machine. 2:1 WEIGHTLIFTING RATIO: This multi-gym utilises weight stacks with 2:1 weightlifting ratios. 2:1 is industry-standard and can be found on most gym cable machines. Selecting 80kg on the stack will deliver 40kg of effective resistance, ensuring smooth, controlled movements and precision in every lift. J-HOOKS & SPOTTERS: Valkyrie comes with two steel spotter arms and two J-hooks that can be positioned at any point on the upright frame with a simple “drop in and twist” movement. These attachments ensure for secure barbell racking and lifting as you train. UNIVERSAL UPRIGHT INSERTS: This multi-gym features a solid matte black steel frame, which we recommend bolting to the floor for maximum stability, especially in commercial environments or when used to lift weights beyond 150kg. The 75 x 75mm uprights, fitted with 27mm hole inserts, are compatible with a wide range of RPM Power and third-party attachments. This flexibility allows you to expand and customise your multi-gym setup over time, tailoring your training options to fit your evolving goals. Compatible accessories include Jammer Arms, Leg Extension Attachment, Lateral Raise Attachment, Dip Horn and others. INTEGRATED STORAGE: Keep your workout space organised and accessible with the integrated three-tiered storage system. Store your weight plates on the base of the rack; exercise balls like wall-, medicine-, or slam balls on the second tier; and hex dumbbells or kettlebells on the flat top tier. FEATURES & ATTACHMENTS: Valkyrie comes with attachments that can be positioned at any point on the upright frame with a simple “drop in and twist” movement. These include: Pull-Up Bar: A fixed bar atop the frame with four grip options for different pull-ups/chin-ups. Similar to our Brok Multi-Gym, Valkyrie features 4 x globe grips which can be used to develop grip and forearm strength. Spotter arms: 2 x spotter arms for barbell spotting. J-hooks: 2 x J-hooks for barbell security. DEPENDING ON THE VARIATION YOU CHOOSE, BUNDLES MAY INCLUDE: 67.5KG IN WEIGHT PLATES: The Valkyrie Bundle comes with either 60kg in Essential Olympic Bumper Plates or Elite Olympic Bumper Plates. This is made up of a combination of 2 x 5kg, 2 x 10kg and 2 x 15kg black plates. Both bundle options also come with 7.5kg in Tri-Grip Weight Plates (2 x 1.25kg and 2 x 2.5kg). Load them on the storage rack or included 7ft Barbell when not in use. 7FT 20KG BARBELL: Bundles include an Essential 7ft/2200mm Silver Barbell. WEIGHT BENCH: You have the option to add one of two benches to your order: either the P2400 Weight Bench (Essential Bundle) or the U3800 Weight Bench (Elite Bundle). BARBELL COLLARS & PAD: Included in all bundle variations are 2 x black lockjaw Barbell Collars for securing loaded weight plates and 1 x black foam Barbell Pad for greater comfort when lifting. ESSENTIAL VS ELITE: What’s the difference between our Essential and Elite Rack Bundles? Essential Bundles include weight plates and barbells from our “Essential” range. These products are designed for use in most standard workout programmes. Elite Bundles include products from our “Elite” range. Elite weight plates are made of thick rubber designed for slamming and hard drops while Elite barbells feature a free-spinning handle: both of these features make Elite products ideal for CrossFit-style workout programmes.
