Inspired by the legendary Norse king and warrior, Ragnar, this machine stands tall with a robust, heavy-duty frame designed to endure years of intense use. Featuring four independent cable systems and a variety of versatile attachments, it offers endless training possibilities—making it an ideal choice for both home and commercial gym environments. 260KG OF LIFTING POWER: Multi-Gym Ragnar features a dual stack of weighted plates increasing in increments of 5kg and maxing out at an impressive 130kg per stack (260kg total), offering the user an incredible amount of weight levels to choose from. Each stack has a 2:1 weightlifting ratio to ensure you can find the exact desired weight for your exercise. DUAL STACK & CABLE CROSSOVER: With 4 independent cable pulley systems The dual cables provide constant tension while you lift and lower the weight, allowing the user to utilise two individual pulleys for both unilateral and compound movements. Use the single hand pulley adjustment handles to easily fix multiple heights based on your chosen exercise. Aluminium pulleys There are four cable attachments included, so you can directly target the muscle group you wish to train: 2 x handle grips, 1 x curved lateral pull-down bar and 1 x universal straight dual connector bar. COMMERCIAL-GRADE: This cable machine is made of heavy-duty 75 x 75mm boxed steel with 3mm inserts. This makes it an extremely robust piece of equipment that will withstand years of gruelling sessions in a home or commercial gym setting. As 75 x 75mm box steel is recognised as industry standard, Ragnar is compatible with a number of additional attachments, such as dip horns, leg extension, lateral raise attachment and more. FEATURES & ATTACHMENTS: Perform a wide range of compound and isolation exercises with the additional attachment features that come as standard on the Ragnar rack. All removable attachments can be secured with the simple “twist and lock” mechanism. Pull-Up Handles: Fixed atop the frame are two rotational and horizontally-adjustable handles that you can use to perform different variations of pull-ups/chin-ups. Footplate: 1 x footplate for preforming low row movements. Foam knee cushion and seat attachment: 1 x removable and adjustable knee and seat attachment in a soft cushioned foam for performing different variations of lateral pull-downs movements. Spotter arms: 2 x spotter arms for barbell spotting (58cm surface area). J-hooks: 2 x J-hooks for barbell security (17cm surface area). Landmine attachment: 1 x landmine sleeve with 360⁰ swivel function for performing a range of barbell exercises. Resistance bands hooks: 6 x hooks for adding extra weight to barbell movements or as an anchor point for resistance exercises. Weight plate storage: 6 x storage pegs for 2” weight plates. ASSEMBLY: All of our multi-gyms are straightforward to assemble. BUNDLE ITEMS: 67.5KG IN WEIGHT PLATES: Depending on the bundle option you choose, the Ragnar Bundle comes with either 60kg in Essential Olympic Bumper Plates or Elite Olympic Bumper Plates. This is made up of a combination of 2 x 5kg, 2 x 10kg and 2 x 15kg. Both bundle options also come with 7.5kg in Tri-Grip Weight Plates (2 x 1.25kg and 2 x 2.5kg). Load them on the 7ft Barbell, or store them on one of the 6 weight plate pegs fixed to the rear of the rack when not in use. 7FT 20KG BARBELL: Bundles include an extra 20kg to your set up, secure the barbell to the rack via the included J-hooks and spotter arms, or combine it with the 360⁰ landmine sleeve to perform a range of extended exercises. WEIGHT BENCH: You have the option to add one of two benches to your order: either the P2400 Weight Bench (Essential Bundle) or the U3800 Weight Bench (Elite Bundle). BARBELL COLLARS & PAD: Also included in the bundle are 2 x black lockjaw Barbell Collars for securing loaded weight plates and 1 x black foam Barbell Pad for greater comfort when lifting. ESSENTIAL VS ELITE: What’s the difference between our Essential and Elite Rack Bundles? Essential Bundles include weight plates and barbells from our “Essential” range. These products are designed for use in most standard workout programmes. Elite Bundles include products from our “Elite” range. Elite weight plates are made of thick rubber designed for slamming and hard drops while Elite barbells feature a free-spinning handle: both of these features make Elite products ideal for CrossFit-style workout programmes.
