DUAL RAIL CABLE CROSSOVER: The Multi-Gym Crossover with Smith Bar features an innovative dual-rail cable crossover apparatus that ensures an exceptionally seamless experience for a diverse range of upper body workouts. Offering 16 adjustable height options for the cable system, you can seamlessly target and engage various muscle groups by sliding the mechanism up or down the rack frame. This multi-gym comes with three different cable attachments to facilitate a range of exercise movements including: 2 x handles with rotating grip 1 x curved lateral pull-down bar 1 x low row bar SMITH BAR: The built-in Smith Machine features a self-balanced 16kg barbell to ensure ultimate safety as you lift.
