DUAL RAIL CABLE CROSSOVER: The Multi-Gym Crossover with Smith Bar features an innovative dual-rail cable crossover apparatus that ensures an exceptionally seamless experience for a diverse range of upper body workouts. Offering 16 adjustable height options for the cable system, you can seamlessly target and engage various muscle groups by sliding the mechanism up or down the rack frame. This multi-gym comes with four different cable attachments to facilitate a range of exercise movements including: 2 x handles with rotating grip 1 x lat pull-down bar 1 x straight bar 2 x ankle attachments SMITH BAR: The built-in Smith machine features a self-balanced 16kg barbell to ensure ultimate safety as you lift. Equipped with counter balanced guide rods and ball race chamber cylinders for silky smooth operation as it rises and lowers, the bar moves smoothly along a fixed vertical plane for more effective isolation exercise, increased stability and safer lifting. This is made up of a combination of 2 x 1.25kg and 2 x 2.5kg Tri-Grip Plates; and 2 x 5kg, 2 x 10kg and 2 x 15kg black Essential Olympic Bumper Plates. Use them for lifting with the cable machine, or store them on one of the 4 weight plate pegs when not in use. P2400 SEMI-COMMERCIAL BENCH (OPTIONAL): You have the option to add the P2400 Weight Bench to the Crossover Bundle. This high-performance bench weighs 29kg and has a max. capacity of 300kg, ensuring stability and durability over a lifetime of heavy lifting. BARBELL COLLARS & PAD: Also included in the bundle are 2 x lockjaw Barbell Collars for securing loaded weight plates and 1 x foam Barbell Pad for greater comfort when lifting.
