Impressing with its tall stature, premium-quality build and versatile functionalities, Týr will empower your workouts for years to come and is a world-class multi-gym designed for the toughest training sessions in both home and commercial gym environments. 260KG LIFTING POWER: Just like its counterpart, Multi-Gym Ragnar, Týr features two 130kg stacks of weighted plates that increase in increments of 5kg (260kg total) and afford the user a wide span of weight options for performing many different types of exercises. 2:1 AND 1:1 CABLE SYSTEMS: Utilise any of Týr’s four independent cable pulley systems to perform a myriad of unilateral and compound exercises. Two cable pulleys are fixed atop the rack frame offering a 1:1 weightlifting ratio, while the remaining two pulley systems can be adjusted vertically along any of the 35 positions and offer the user a 2:1 weightlifting ratio. Premium aluminium pulley wheels ensure for incredibly smooth cable movement as you lift and lower the weight stacks. There are five cable attachments included that can simply be clipped to the cable systems: 4 x handle grips and 1 x curved lateral pull-down bar. INTEGRATED SMITH MACHINE: A 20kg Smith bar is built into the inner frame of this cable machine. Guided by rods for smooth, stable, and effective performance, the Smith bar can simply be racked onto the catch rods at any point to ensure greater safety as you lift. COMMERCIAL-GRADE: Multi-Gym Týr is made of robust 75 x 75mm boxed steel with 3mm thickness and 27mm inserts. This type of frame is recognised as an industry standard size, meaning you can easily expand upon Týr’s exercise features by adding compatible attachments like Jammer Arms, Leg Extension Attachment, Lateral Raise Attachment, Dip Horn and more. Offering extreme durability and stability, the frame is designed to take on years of daily use in both home and commercial gyms. FEATURES & ATTACHMENTS: Perform a wide range of compound and isolation exercises with the additional attachment features that come as standard with the Týr rack. All removable attachments can be secured with the simple “twist and lock” mechanism. Pull-Up Bar: Perform pull-ups/chin-ups with the fixed pull-up bar (4 x grip variations). Footplate: 1 x footplate for preforming low row movements. Dip station/push-up bars: 2 x multi-grip, removable bars for performing dips and push-ups. Foam knee cushion and seat attachment: 1 x removable and adjustable knee and seat attachment in a soft cushioned foam for performing different variations of lateral pull-downs movements. Spotter arms: 2 x spotter arms for barbell spotting. J-hooks: 2 x J-hooks for barbell security. Weight plate storage: 6 x storage pegs for 2” weight plates. DEPENDING ON THE VARIATION YOU CHOOSE, BUNDLES MAY INCLUDE: WEIGHT PLATES: Bundle options include either 67.5kg in Essential Olympic Bumper Plates or 100kg Elite Olympic Bumper Plates. This is made up of a combination of 67.5kg in Essential Olympic Weight Plates (2 x 1.25kg, 2 x 2.5kg, 2 x 5kg, 2 x 10kg, 2 x 15kg) or 107.5kg in Elite Olympic Weight Plates (2 x 1.25kg, 2 x 2.5kg, 2 x 5kg, 2 x 10kg, 2 x 15kg and 2 x 20kg) Both bundle options also come with 7.5kg in Tri-Grip Weight Plates (2 x 1.25kg and 2 x 2.5kg). Load them on the 7ft Barbell, or store them on one of the 6 weight plate pegs fixed to the rear of the rack when not in use. WEIGHT BENCH: You have the option to add one of two benches to your order: either the P2400 Weight Bench (Essential Bundle) or the U3800 Weight Bench (Elite Bundle). BARBELL COLLARS & PAD: Also included in bundles are 2 x black lockjaw Barbell Collars for securing loaded weight plates and 1 x black foam Barbell Pad for greater comfort when lifting. ESSENTIAL VS ELITE: What’s the difference between our Essential and Elite Rack Bundles? Essential Bundles include weight plates and barbells from our “Essential” range. These products are designed for use in most standard workout programmes. Elite Bundles include products from our “Elite” range. Elite weight plates are made of thick rubber designed for slamming and hard drops while Elite barbells feature a free-spinning handle: both of these features make Elite products ideal for CrossFit-style workout programmes.
