The POWER POST offers a six-sided pad that is perfect for teaching hand placement and quick hands! Each panel is 6” wide which forces a hand strike with tight hands and thumbs up. The multi-sided pad is the perfect surface to strike and squeeze with the fingers. Teach eye focus, tight hands and a choking grip on the pad. Ideal for developing the Long Arm! If the Power Post is not struck the correct way, it will spin on the post. Use it out of a 6-point, 3 point or 2-point stance. Heavy weighted tire provides stability and allows the Power Post to be moved to different spots on the field. Perfect warm up station during pre-practice or off-season workouts.
