The sled Sternum Pad is made with a 4” sternum roll and 2” tube grips on the outside edge of the armpit. The sternum roll pad provides a landmark to grip and separate against using proper technique. Use it to teach alignment leverage. From a head up alignment, grip the side handles, separate and get off the block.
